The aims of SARPRA

  1. To represent the interests of residents of Residential Parks in as many forums as possible.

  2. To provide a forum to allow residents and Residents’ Committees via SARPRA to exchange ideas that may assist residents of their Park.

  3. To maintain contact with other like organizations in Australia.

  4. To be aware of other States Residential Parks Acts so we may have a means of bettering ours.

  5. To encourage State authorities to consult the residents of Parks or SARPRA prior to making changes to the current Act.

  6. To have regular meetings with the Residential Tribunal officers.

  7. To meet with local Residents Committees or group meetings as requested by them.

  8. To assist Residents Committees in dealing with local problems.

  9. To assist any local management in instigating changes that may help their residents.
